A DRUMMER has set itself the goal of inspiring the musicians of tomorrow by unveiling its new music school, Stourport.
Seb Baldwin opened the Leading Note Music School in a studio just off the High Street with the aim of teaching and developing young and more experienced musicians eager to learn and improve their playing.
Mr. Baldwin, 25, has been playing drums for almost 13 years but will offer a range of lessons for all ages with lessons in guitar, drums, ukulele, vocals and piano.
He also plans to expand to offer group workshops and live events at Wyre Forest where his students can show off their talents.
The launch of the music school follows Seb’s success as a drummer for local guitar group Big Image, which has built audiences across the UK and recently signed their first recording contract.
Mr Baldwin said: “Music is my passion and I want to help anyone develop and improve their playing and self-confidence, also introducing people to new instruments that they might not have. never considered.
“Launching the music school allows me to do that, but I want to go a lot further by offering group sessions and even live concerts where my students can show music fans what they have. I know very well how playing live can really fuel the musical fire, so I want others to have that buzz and that experience.
“The school is all about engaging people of all ages and abilities and I am delighted with the response so far.”
The Leading Note Music Studio is located on Stourport High Street, behind Worley’s at the Swan pub. For more information, readers can contact Seb on 07721 582072 or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
